@thesecretbrief A separate waiting room and a screen in the hearing room. The Judge is now under a duty to consider special measures at each hearing and my recent experience is that all are now very alive to these issues.

@thesecretbrief This is awful, and not unusual. The courts just don’t have the resources and emails are left unanswered. The Judge and court staff will all be excellent. If she can, go with a friend, and explain immediately to security that she has made a request for special measures and needs
