Honestly the easiest way out of this would be the expand the House which on paper voters will hate (more govt bad!) but will lead to better outcomes (more local concerns, less visible reps, more representative districts, etc)

Again, the gut take of most people seems to be "the makeup of CDs/reps should be close to the share both parties got for president." Instead, we're moving towards states giving 100% of the seats to whoever wins the majority of the prez vote. Congressional electoral college

Can we please note that it's (almost) never "King Charles". Any of the following are fine though - His Majesty the King - His Majesty - His Britannic Majesty - The King - King Charles III (the III is not optional) - Charles III (never just Charles, you need the III again) - Charles III By the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and His other Realms and Territories King Head of the Commonwealth Defender of the Faith (ok maybe don't use that one)

@barryheaver @statesman He has a US passport issued by the US dept of state saying he's a US citizen and the state of CO has his birth certificate and the Diocese of Denver has his baptism record so... he's a citizen? And he never said he entered illegally. He used his American passport, ergo legally.
