@mskatherinetran @chrashwood @massspecpro 400-900mz with 5mz window, so it is 100 scan event. If 7600 is scanning at 640Hz, so the cycle time is 100/650=0.154sec, so it means for 1 second peak, you will have 6 data points across the peak; 2 second peak, it will be 12 points. Can you show the data? Data tells everything.
