Forget misunderstanding and technicalities - the Israelis massacred so many people on Beirut today and the US VP is almost bragging that the innocent civilians of Lebanon will not be protected by a ceasefire.

It appears the US/Israel are trying to trap Iran by misleading about the inclusion of Lebanon in the ceasefire - though it was explicitly noted in PM Sharif's tweet.
This ceasefire will not hold together much longer, but let the record show Iran offered genuine deescalation.
