@AmericanAir - i left an item on my 1/20 flight from SFO to PHL. A kind passenger turned it in t the first officer + gate agent at B9 and contacted me on Instagram. I can see on apple "find me" app in your lost & found center, but your agents "can't find it. Plz help ๐

@AmericanAir hey @AmericanAir i never received a DM. I did get my bag back, but American took my money and left an IOU. When i called to claim it, the number was not active with verizon. Can you help?

@AmericanAir hi, i've done that and i've been to the airport twice. Obviously getting ID back is critical when traveling, is there any way to expedite the process? it is with your accounting dept. as i can see from tracking.

Happy Diwali! Growing up as a kid who just moved from India no one around me had a clue about my culture except calling me Apu from The Simpsons. Now, my American neighbors are wishing me happy Diwali. Thankfully, my son will be growing up in a more culturally aware society.

@KristyT I would first find out what other beverages they enjoy, then lean into a coffee choice that would extend from those preferences. I.e. if they put cream in their tea, I'd recommend a latte, if they like tonics or kombucha, I'd lean into something more crisp like a cold brew.

@randfish I book 90% of my hotels through Hotels.com - i love their rewards program (basically 10% back on each stay). I book most of my flights direct on @AlaskaAir, but alternatively I tend to book on @Expedia just because of the simplicity of having it in one place

Travelers: do you ever book with 3rd party engines? (Booking, Expedia, Orbitz, HotelTonight, etc.)
If so, why?
For 10+yrs, I've ONLY booked on the hotel's website after numerous "we don't have your reservation," or "you can't do X w/ us b/c you booked through 3rd party."

Hey @Delta, you asked me to call and hold for 90 mins to make a booking for my dog to fly in cabin within pet quota. Confirmed 1 wk to departure. Now denied boarding because pets are "1st come 1st serve"? How does that make sense? Now stuck for 6 hrs at MSP with @GeorgeMorkie
