@NespressoUSA You need to stop shooting yourself in the foot. I received my vertuoso + and the plastic cap on the Frother was cracked and showed the pic to the rep. He said the cap was $2.00. Tell you what you charge me and I'll return the $250 unit in a heartbeat

open question - it is taking over a week for @NespressoUSA to deliver my coffee pods while there's a store just over the bridge. So i'm finally looking to dump the pod based systems after 14 years and going the whole bean route. What do people like out there in the single serve machine mode?

Hey @NespressoUSA @Nespresso I have wasted over $100 on coffee pods that I had to throw away bc they don't pour out. WTF! Your pods are expensive and when it doesnt work, it's like taking my money and throwing it into the toilet! I want money back

@trombaj Hello. Nespresso's first and foremost priority is crafting and offering exquisitely designed and superb tasting espresso and coffee. The Nespresso machine’s high-pressure pump is technologically designed, and not ideal for making hot chocolate.

So it's "Best before" and "OK after" or "Just as good after"? Is this the government requiring this type of dating or your own business practice? Either way, don't ship a product a month before the "Best before date". That seems counterintuitive to the whole concept of quality coffee.
