My latest order from @Nespresso Belgium is still not delivered after one month, thx to @bpost_fr strike. At least is not perishable food. But one month for a 24hrs guaranteed delivery seems a bit too much

@Nespresso The team *are* the problem. The last thing I want is to connect with the aggressive rude people in the store who wouldn't listen. It's quite an extraordinary effort for them to attack me for disagreeing. This could have been better put towards customer service.
