'i can code" is no longer a moat since a while. "i can code well" might also not work soon with the pace of model development. if one cannot think in systems, and actually design good stuff (including UI), very likely ngmi.

taste and creativity are superpowers and S-tier weapons. the part that matters is that (to a large extent) these can be built over time.

every AI meetup i have been to (including the Claude Meetup in Mumbai today - shout out to @TheCoderShow), emboldens my belief that people who live by "take 4 hours out of 6 to sharpen the axe before you cut the tree", are going to win faster and bigger in the AI-driven world.

i made a sunset predictor for NYC & SF and a live sky you can check anytime it uses real weather data to recreate the sky. gradients evolve, clouds drift, wind blows, stars appear if you're lucky. adding sunshine and rain soon ⛅️
