Hey SexyChristian here today, wanna let y'all know I got screwed over by Premier once again! Remember when I won invite and got thrown back unnanounced? Well this time, a teammate of mines computer froze 30 seconds before the queue window closed in last weeks matches. The Riot Support team even acknowledged it as a crash, to only be told "We cant compensate for something that is not your fault". Countless players, not just myself, are running into serious issues with the Premier system. The only response we get is 'Sorry, hope you understand' while we’re forced to deal with bugs that are costing teams playoff spots. While the system is being reinvented, there should be temporary solutions or better support in place for these malfunctions. This is directly impacting competitive integrity.
