2. Prohibit financial exchange between institutions and 3rd parties. Want a Kenyan, pay them direct and count it towards your $20.5m in revenue sharing funds. You the school figure out how to get them into the country.

If you won’t recruit a full track team, save the ‘internationals are stealing opportunities’ take. Nobody’s fighting over your 8 distance spots.

@CentralPARunner @little_nobes 1. I believe in aging out, or an age cap. For instance 25 or 26. Especially with the 5 year rule possibly coming in. Example: if a 24 year old wants to come in, that’s fine but you have 1 year left.
2. That will kill mid major programs who recruit internationally.

@CentralPARunner @little_nobes The main issue is there are “issues” at every institution and what we need to do is collectively talk about how the various nuances are good for our sport as a whole. First original response at hand has more to do with how someone is handling all of this.

@nstenuf @little_nobes Yes!!! Bama checking in. They have the frontman to Kenyan recruiting on speed dial! Btw, what WSU is doing is criminal. No one who goes event focused due to financial pressures should turn around and spend a ton of money to a third party to bring in internationals (Kenyans).
