@sowore @MTNNG It's now obvious that @vdmempire was right about you. You haven't complained of the level of telecoms facility vandalism, insecurity they face, high cost of doing business in Nigeria etc it's to occupy MTN. What exactly is your real plan? Tell us your real focus

Why @MTNNG must face total occupation by Nigerians! They dominate Nigeria’s telecom space but operate with reckless disregard for their customers. Data vanishes without explanation, calls fail repeatedly, and accountability is nonexistent. MTN is totally and irreversibly irresponsible. #OCCUPYMTN #aacourparty

@followlasg @jidesanwoolu @drobafemihamzat But there is an existing court order preventing the government from restricting movement. It's also a breach of fundamental human rights. And for a city that prides herself of being futuristic, movement restriction is outdated. Do clarify.

Following the symbolic flag off of the monthly environmental sanitation exercise along the Mushin Agege Motor Road corridor on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, I wish to provide further clarity on the modalities of the programme as we prepare for the first exercise on Saturday, April 25th, 2026. The exercise will hold every last Saturday of the month between the hours of 6:30 am and 8:30 am. During this period, there will be controlled movement across the state to allow residents carry out thorough cleaning of their homes, surroundings and drainage frontages. Our enforcement officers from the ministry, LASEPA, KAI, LAWMA, and local government sanitation inspectors will conduct physical inspections during and after the sanitation window to ensure compliance. Defaulters will be sanctioned in accordance with the Lagos State Environmental Management and Protection Law of 2017. LAWMA intervention trucks will go around to cart away bagged wastes generated during the exercise. I also wish to announce that there will be rewards for the cleanest Local Government Area, Local Council Development Area, and the cleanest street as part of efforts to encourage healthy competition and community participation. We urge all residents to take ownership of this exercise and join hands with the government in building a cleaner, safer and more sustainable Lagos. #AGreaterLagosRising

To the Pope, @Pontifex Your Holiness, Isn't it time for the Christian faith to strategize on how to expand and defend our religion? I am not sure at this point, prayers alone will help us. Our Muslim neighbors have long strategized on how to dominate and sadly, they're winning.

@thecableindex I understand that economics does work in Nigeria, but how can we product over N101trn worth of food and food inflation is still high? I also don't believe we consume up to this in Nigeria in a year. Plus make me understand how food production improved despite increased banditry

Shocking Facts About Peter Obi's Potential 2027 Candidacy Let me shock you with some hard facts. Even if Peter Obi secures the ADC nomination—which is highly unlikely—he will score fewer votes than he did in 2023 for the following reasons: 1. **Loss of Support in the Middle Belt**: Peter Obi will not get even 10% of the votes he received from the Middle Belt last time. The main reason is his alignment with Nasir El-Rufai, whom they see as their arch enemy. 2. **Erosion of Northern Christian Votes**: He will not secure 10% of the Christian votes in the North due to his associations with Nasir El-Rufai and Atiku Abubakar. Their actions (and inactions) during the Deborah saga—where a Northern Christian girl was stoned to death—left a bitter taste in the mouths of many. 3. **Diminished Support in the South East**: He will not enjoy the unanimous backing he had in the South East during the last election. This is because influential Igbo bigwigs, opinion leaders, and influencers are increasingly aligning with Tinubu. 4. **Shift in the South South**: The entire South South region has now become an APC stronghold. 5. **Loss of Confidence Among Former Supporters**: Many of us who backed him in the last election have lost faith in his ability to solve Nigeria's problems. This stems from his failure to resolve even the minor issues within the small Labour Party that he revitalized. 6. **The Hausa Voting Bloc**: The largest voting bloc in Nigeria is the Hausa people, and they are eager to break free from the hegemonic North. To all the baby politicians and political neophytes without a shred of strategic fiber: Open your minds, digest these facts first, and let them settle in. After that, feel free to insult me with whatever language you deem fit. I have thick skin for insults and derogatory characterizations. I know what pains you the most: that your insults and derogatory statements don't move me at all. ~Dr. Bodricks Abumere

Almost 25 years of believing Nigeria deserves more. More access. More opportunity. More innovation. So we built the networks. Strengthened healthcare. Equipped schools. Trained hundreds of thousands in digital skills. Backed our sports champions. Paid our taxes. And stayed consistent through it all. We’re proud to call Nigeria home. And we’re only just getting started. ProudlyNigerian StayConnected

₦115 billion on office furniture
₦21 billion on vehicles
₦35 billion on aircraft And just ₦679 million on buying drugs/labs/ medical supplies for 4.7 million people. That’s less than ₦150 per person for medical supplies. It’s a crime scene.

Honestly... I don't understand why people respect Peter Obi a lot. Like, this man here, a political juggernaut and elder was insisting to stand up and greet Obi. Obi had to force him down and stop him from standing up to shake him. Like... This is too much.. why do Nigerians respect him so much?
