My coworker told me today that there is no difference between my 21mpg Tacoma and his 15mpg Tundra… … because my gas tank is smaller, so I have to go to the gas station the same amount as he does.

@PluginHyBrad @Bringatrailer It's not the $200 in revenue on this car, it's all the revenue on BHPH-grade cars they've been selling the last few years that were worth losing credibility for. Clearly, they made their choice.

It's incredible that nobody on the @Bringatrailer team saw these horribly disfigured AI slop photos and raised even a single red flag. Was it really worth losing credibility over a no reserve listing that'll bring $200 in revenue to the company?

Last week I hosted family for Thanksgiving. My 12-year-old nephew asked for the WiFi password. He wanted to play Roblox on his iPad. I looked at the device. Unmanaged. No antivirus. No encryption. I’m an IT Professional. I don't run an open network. So I didn’t give him the password. Instead, I spent 45 minutes provisioning a Guest VLAN. I set up a captive portal. I throttled the bandwidth down to 56kbps. Then I blocked all traffic on ports 80 and 443. He came back crying. He said it wouldn't load. My sister screamed at me to "just let him play." I told her that Zero Trust architecture doesn't care about bloodlines. We didn't have a "fun" Thanksgiving. But we had a secure perimeter. You’re welcome for the compliance.

@it_unprofession How about we don't spend Thanksgiving on things that are not food family or football. Kids spend every waking hour on devices. They can take few hours off. I support this guy.

@PluginHyBrad In the park I used to work at we had an electric Polaris UTV. Started every shift with 100% charge on 120v. For our day to day work, that little thing could do everything that the gas trucks could. Way more fun on the trails too!

Riding electric motorcycles has radicalized me against DC Fast charging. We are spending way too much on expensive road trip buildout when 99% of driving is in-town.
