Weird noises outside past few late nights. It’s like an eerie calm humming, it does sound louder at times, like an engine of some kind running? It sounds like it’s not near. Maybe from the sky? Idk. It goes on for a long time. I know this sounds nutty but it’s driving me crazy.

@HeavenLeeMade They are crunchy, but not like the deep fried look we expect from double fried nuggets. I am still messing with the flours (first batch corn starch, this one potato starch) and methods, but I'll get there. I suspect half the videos are AI and use real deep fried bites at the end.

@MrDOThompson I had to do research on which recipe would be easy and yummy for the corn soup. I know as older folks we don't need to be prepping 2 hours for a dish. lol

@mrspcarroll Amazing number of butterflies around there. I like them as well, but not enough to stick pins through them on a display wall. I aw a few bees in there. I like most creatures, but am naturally very wary of things that might kill me. Like pretty much anything in Australia.
