@ljin18 It would take some guts by a platform but I’ve found that a huge percentage of platform earnings is typically driven by a small number of creators - making the platforms vulnerable and anxious if DAOs popped up organically

@ViliLe @oiioxford @j_a1bert Yes - we tried to fund local businesses with credits ($25-$50 to apply towards their first freelancer hire), but our credit logistics were messy. This was in 2012-2014, so online freelancing was less accepted which didn't help
