2026 newsletter prediction 4️⃣: Newsletter Bundles! @JPMorinChase and I can't agree on whether bundling paid subscriptions will save paid newsletters or kill them. But one thing's for sure... they're coming soon to a Substack near you. Are we about to see a boom in paid newsletter revenue driven by affordable, cross-publication bundles? Or will they just drive down the prices for existing paid newsletters, making it even harder for writers to earn a living? Share your take 👇

🚨 RAG is broken and nobody's talking about it. Stanford just exposed the fatal flaw killing every "AI that reads your docs" product. It's called "Semantic Collapse", and it happens the moment your knowledge base hits critical mass. Here's the brutal math (and why your RAG system is already dying):

@levie “any consumer now has better access to education and tutoring than an aristocrat would have had” that is a falacy ignoring power of context. Like saying “typical American today earns more $ than top 0.5% in 1920 (25-50k)”. Though I agree with the premise od the article.

@Mathonymics Scientists do many failed experiments to achieve some breakthrough while throwing away the hypothesis that every other planet and star could be just a failed experiment to create humans.

“As far as we can tell from a purely scientific viewpoint, human life has absolutely no meaning. Humans are the outcome of blind evolutionary processes that operate without goal or purpose. Our actions are not part of some divine cosmic plan, and if planet earth were to blow up tomorrow morning, the universe would probably keep going about its business as usual. As far as we can tell at this point, human subjectivity would not be missed. Hence any meaning that people inscribe to their lives is just a delusion.” ― Yuval Noah Harari in "Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind"

leftism is a memetic parasite optimized for host sterilization. every core tenet leads to the same endpoint: you don’t reproduce equality - no hierarchy means no selection for excellence, no reason to strive, no family formation incentive. sexual liberation - commodified dopamine hits replacing pair bonding. celebrate barrenness as “freedom” identity ideology - fragment the self into a thousand genders, none of which have (or can have) children. destroy the nuclear family - the one structure that actually transmits values and creates future humans. delay reproduction for career - until the eggs are dead and the window is closed. follow the tenets fully and you disappear. 40% fertility vs 71% is extinction math, 3 generations of true believers and the bloodline end but the thing about death cults is that the successful ones adapt. if your ideology sterilizes its hosts, you cant spread through inheritance and you have to spread through infection. and you cant infect adults since their immune system is developed, their priors are set. you need children. you need them young, before their parents can transmit their values and before the immune system forms. this is why they need the schools and media (not want, need). it’s the only reproduction strategy available. this is why parents aren’t told when their child changes pronouns. why therapists are legally required to “affirm” and legally prohibited from informing. why homeschooling is treated as extremism and investigated like abuse. why “parental rights” became a far-right dogwhistle. why every disney movie now features parents as the villains and the institution as the liberator. why family is depicted as oppression and escape from family as heroism. why they lowered the age of medical consent. why they want your kids online, unsupervised, as early as possible. the parasite can’t reproduce, it can only recruit. and recruitment requires access to hosts before they’re immunized. every leftist memeplex that didn’t prioritize youth capture already went extinct. what you’re seeing is survivorship bias. the ones that remain are the ones that figured out how to parasitize the reproductive capacity of their outgroup. you’re watching natural selection for memetic parasitism in real time. and they need your kids to survive

@IterIntellectus Why do the percentages add up to over 100%? For example in the 80’s 65% of mother’s were conservative and 60% were liberal for a total of 125%.

@glitch_ @tengyanAI “every company now wants its own software” I’ve recently build in retool a straightforward working sales forecast app replacing excel files used by my client. Recorded full video tutorial. It wasn’t implemented because “noone was there to implement it”. So yeah, sure

Possible good scenarios: - AI handles the grunt work, devs become architects and strategists. - We hit a plateau and AI needs serious oversight for decades. Demand explodes for people who can review, debug, and maintain AI output. - Every company now wants its own software, AI features, custom integrations, fine-tuned models, whatever.

For 20+ years, software ate the world. Now, AI Agents are eating software. A massive signal just came out of China that most people missed: Bairong (a publicly listed enterprise giant) started selling "AI Workers". they call it Results-as-a-Service (RaaS). 🧵 instead of buying "seats," enterprises now "hire" agents. each agent comes with a job description, KPIs, and revenue targets. if performance drops, the bill drops. if the agent improves, it earns more. Bairong runs this through "Results Cloud". it’s essentially an HR system for machines. they’ve already deployed agents across: Sales & Customer Service + Recruitment (hiring cycles cut from 30 days to 2) + Legal & Tax (handling 90% of high-frequency work) this is where the SaaS model starts to crack. Traditional SaaS: You pay upfront. You carry the risk. Agentic Era: You pay for outcomes. The vendor carries the risk. this shift is being accelerated by the collapse of build costs. I came across this post by @martinald recently that agentic coding has slashed internal build costs by ~90%. when it's this cheap to build exactly what you need, the "Buy" in "Build vs Buy" dies. IMO, Vendors who are not able to price against results will struggle. the "Seat" is dead. the "Outcome" is everything. 🤖📈

@imPenny2x It’s not YT or Univ to learn. More like walking through the enchanted forest. Next time try to think about something you care about during the mass - even a career problem, better some people. I found myself getting healthier perspective on anything during the mass.

I went to Church by my own choice for the purpose of attending service for the first time in my 45 year life this morning. There was a talented band, and it looked like a great big group of wholesome people. Free coffee and great donuts. But the entire service was worship. “God is great, God is omnipotent, all praise be to him.” The short bible verse that was discussed basically had the take away of God’s light can not lose, and Jesus will return soon to save us. But what about why we should care, or how a lesson from the bible ties into current events. Or where people are going wrong. I didn’t feel like I learned anything, and I’m a beginner. I don’t just go there to get a feel good message. I want to be a better person when I leave or feel closer to God or be more equipped in some way. Am I barking up the wrong tree, and just need to study on my own? Do I need a certain type of church? Please help.

The idea that there is a no God is laughable. Sure, maybe you don’t subscribe to any particular religion. I get that. But we were not just always here. We didn’t just come from nothing. There is obviously a higher plane of existence where which more of the truth of existence is known. Dimensions exist that we simply do not have the processing power to understand. Even if science discovers every variable and every boundary. There is still a creator. Even if mathematicians and scientists collaborate to contain and explain everything that exists with one unified equation. That equation is our creator. It exists in ways that we don’t understand. In dimensions we don’t comprehend. God is real, there is no question. There are many important questions. But “God?” is not one of them. Except to answer yes, obviously, and move on to more pressing matters.
