@unixterminal @craigaloewen Thanks, I definitely hope it all happens. It'll probably be a good while before I might have such a system, but 🤞 it all pans out in the future. It'd be amazing to have WSL being the one-stop-shop for all *nix+NPU stuff.

@phiali Not immediately but torch-directml is getting NPU support and to date it has had parity between WSL and Windows native, so that’s a possibility 🤞. I would open a feature request on WSL. @craigaloewen

@unixterminal do you happen to know if the new Copilot+ PCs will support the NPU in WSL for something like Whisper for transcriptions at all?

@ClintRutkas thanks for the awesome PowerToys utility! I have a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard with a Fn toggle switch. Is there a way with the Keyboard Manager utility to convert source Alt F9 to say Media Play/Pause? I can't seem to trigger multiple input.

@VelerSoftware Yep, DevToys 1.0 as I started this back in December. I'll wait for 2.0 to be released and then give it another go 🙂 The dev improvements sound like they'll be amazing 🪄! In the meantime I'll try and wait patiently for the release ⌛😝

@VelerSoftware thanks for the awesome DevToys project! A few months ago I had a stab at adding a chmod calculator. Changes over at github.com/phiali/DevToys…. It's my first time trying C# so things aren't as they should be 😜 Are those changes of use at all?

I want to continue iterating but it takes 30 to 45 seconds after each change for the app to launch. I thought I had a decent machine, but .NET development takes an absolute age it seems. Not sure if you might have some tips on how to work around that?
