@jxeeno Would love to know what's going on in their backend systems to cause that.
Are you heading to New Zealand? If so, any tips for a SIM to use mostly for data for a week?
@trakt That's a truly incredible upgrade! Thank you to all the folks who made it possible 🥳🙌
The geek inside of me would love a rundown of the tech changes required to get this done. Time for a blog post?
Website search got a big upgrade! Real time results, your recent searches, and trending searches. In VIP preview now with general release in the near future.
@unixterminal@craigaloewen Thanks, I definitely hope it all happens. It'll probably be a good while before I might have such a system, but 🤞 it all pans out in the future. It'd be amazing to have WSL being the one-stop-shop for all *nix+NPU stuff.
@phiali Not immediately but torch-directml is getting NPU support and to date it has had parity between WSL and Windows native, so that’s a possibility 🤞. I would open a feature request on WSL. @craigaloewen
@ClintRutkas thanks for the awesome PowerToys utility! I have a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard with a Fn toggle switch. Is there a way with the Keyboard Manager utility to convert source Alt F9 to say Media Play/Pause? I can't seem to trigger multiple input.
@VelerSoftware Yep, DevToys 1.0 as I started this back in December. I'll wait for 2.0 to be released and then give it another go 🙂 The dev improvements sound like they'll be amazing 🪄!
In the meantime I'll try and wait patiently for the release ⌛😝
@phiali It looks great! Thanks for making this!
It looks like you're using DevToys 1.0. We're about to launch 2.0 and the implementation is widely different. I'd invite you to look at our (in-progress) documentation here, that explains how to create a tool: github.com/orgs/DevToys-a…
@VelerSoftware thanks for the awesome DevToys project! A few months ago I had a stab at adding a chmod calculator. Changes over at github.com/phiali/DevToys….
It's my first time trying C# so things aren't as they should be 😜 Are those changes of use at all?
I want to continue iterating but it takes 30 to 45 seconds after each change for the app to launch. I thought I had a decent machine, but .NET development takes an absolute age it seems. Not sure if you might have some tips on how to work around that?

today I randomly learned both @cinnamon_msft and myself use our grandmother's pea soup recipe. They are pretty similar too!
This weekend, time to make some soup!
I only started working on Vision Pro a few months ago, but consider myself tremendously lucky to work with such a talented group of passionate people on a product I am so deeply excited about! 🥳 youtube.com/watch?v=luFGI1…
@SymfonyCasts really enjoying the 30 Days with LAST Stack series. Thanks for putting it together! We've all been left hanging with a cliffhanger, wondering when the episodes will return? Can't wait! 🙏
A "smart" calculator using local natural language recognition in DevToys, yay or nay? It's not as capable as Chat GPT and Copilot in term of natural language processing, but at least it counts correctly...
