A major incident has befallen the retired Colonel of the Pakistani Army, Habib Zahir... It unfolded something like this: His wife had just woken up from her afternoon nap when she received a WhatsApp message and a selfie from her husband, stating: "I’ve reached Kathmandu safely; my flight to Lumbini is in a little while!" A few hours later, another message and selfie arrived: "I’ve reached Lumbini safely!" Shortly thereafter, his phone went dead. After retiring, Habib had updated his LinkedIn profile to read: "Open to work for the UNO." A few days later, a man named Mark contacted him, explaining: "The UNO requires an individual with a military background for a project in Nepal. It is a high-ranking position with an excellent salary; the UNO will cover all expenses—including housing, a car, and travel." He was told that he would need to travel to Nepal for the interview. At the appointed time, he was provided with a visa and flight tickets for the Lahore–Oman–Kathmandu route. In Oman, he was handed two mobile phones, a Nepali SIM card, and some Nepali currency; Habib subsequently arrived safely in Lumbini. Everything went smoothly up to this point; there was just one catch: the Indian border lies merely 5 kilometers away from Lumbini. The moment Habib sent his message and selfie upon reaching Lumbini, his SIM card was deactivated. The website where he had been instructed to upload his biodata vanished completely. The phone number belonging to "Mark"—the man with whom he had been communicating—also went dead. Since then, neither Habib nor Mark has been seen or heard from anywhere. Pakistan has alleged that Habib was abducted by India. The Indian government, however, has categorically denied any involvement in Habib's abduction. The truly solid twist in this story is this: "Habib Zahir was the very same individual who played a pivotal role in abducting the Indian industrialist Kulbhushan Jadhav from Iran and handing him over to the ISI." Quite an intriguing tale, isn't it? ...One whose true architect remains an "unknown entity" 😀😀.

There's a backstory to it. I thought someone would post it. Muslims had threatened Hindus with "consequences" if their Yatra passed through "their area." Upon learning of this threat, Hindus came together in large numbers and took out the procession like this. Without provocation, Hindus would not have done this, they would have peacefully conducted their Shobha Yatra. All those crying about it should know the truth before blaming Hindus. After seeing this strong show of unity, Muslims abandoned the stones they had accumulated on their rooftops to pelt at the procession.

The ECI asked West Bengal DGP why only 2 sections of security forces were deployed in Basanti, South 24 Parganas while there's no dearth of central security forces allotted for West Bengal. The administration & the ECI knows perhaps very well that West Bengal is full of goons & hoodlums. Every lane & almost every house of many booth areas have goons most of whom are illegal immigrants. Basanti is such an area full of illegal immigrants & goons. Kindly book all the hooligans & register FIRs against all of them & strip them off from voting right (as per Article 326).
