A Redditor has discovered an AI generated artwork in Crimson Desert. There are other posts that also claim to have found AI generated images throughout the game. It’s not even a “good” image. Pure slop, just look at the horses legs LMAO. Really disappointing.

Folks really need to associate tokens. Currently targeting 522 wallets for silk airdrop rewards And only 285 have the token associated

AAA Live Service game from once legendary (no longer) studio Bungie, and published/marketed by Sony cant even manage to consistently top 50k daily concurrents on their biggest platform. For the amount of money spent on the studio, Sony must be unhappy. Pretty sure we still havent seen its settling point for player counts either. It's worth noting that at this point in the game's lifecycle, Highguard only had 4,524 players left on Steam. Marathon has over 10 times that right now, and those are all players who paid to get in. It was shortsighted to hitch one's wagons on Marathon being Concord 3.

@pluto_hashpack Yes, the token is minted on Hedera But how is it helping our network or ecosystem? It creates friction for our marketplaces and wallets. The result is a process that works for no one--Hedera users have trouble, non Hedera users have trouble.

Minting it ERC, like they did, you don't need to have $hbar in the account to associate the token id.. easier to onboard new users from new chains... If it was 100% hedera - you would need hbars to associate the token id - and new hedera users wouldnt have the bars to do so.

I disagree. They didn't have to demo it this early if they didn't want people to scrutinize it. So far, this is our only impression of DLSS 5, so it's the only thing we can discuss. It would be more foolish to assume that it's going to improve in the future and talk about it as if it were perfect.

During DLSS 5 Hands-On Video, YouTube creator Hot Hardware asked Nvidia employees this question about the computational cost of DLSS 5 when you move around in the game and it really caught my eye on how they hesitated on showing any DLSS 5 footage during motion. Every time that he moved the character, he would turn off DLSS 5 first then move to a different in-game location and then turn it on, or if DLSS 5 was turned on the movement was very slow and controlled. I know this is still work in progress, but it really begs the question "why wouldn't they show any this?" or "why show DLSS 5 this early?" I tried freezing some shots when another character is in motion to check if there are any artifacts when DLSS 5 is turned on. As suspected, I did come across some artifacts with UI elements, character popping out of the UI element and ghosting/artifacts behind the character. Its still not the best way to judge these small details that you can clearly see if a footage is recorded in-game, but then again its not like Nvidia provided any of them during DLSS 5 marketing campaign. Whenever this is still going to be present by the time DLSS 5 launches remains to be seen, however as of right now it doesn't look like it will handle fast-paced motion quite well and I don't know how well this "controlled AI-generated" rendering will scale to weaker GPUs in the RTX 50 series

@VraserX My biggest issue with it is that you need two GTX5090 to run it. That means you need a $10.000 rig, demanding 1000W of constant power. That means you are basically having two pots of water at full boil all the time you are gaming.

I still don’t get the DLSS 5 hate. This looks insane. 🤯
