Got this from a friend who still can’t get it to work. Looks like only a few new registrations went through, while most people still can’t register their vehicles. Hopefully the likes of Dr. Hans can get this fixed soon. The longer it drags on, the bigger the mess becomes.

Contrary to claims of the CPC, the QR registration is still not possible for recently registered vehicles (post economic 2022 crisis). What chaos. Despite @anuradisanayake urging his officials to fix the bugs, @MillenniumITESP seem incapable or unable to clear this issue.

The National Fuel Pass is still unavailable for new vehicles. Enter your mobile number under “vehicle login” and it pulls up the car linked to it four years ago. No option to register a vehicle with a new number or add new phone number. So much for digital governance.

Officials say steps are being taken to resolve Fuel QR issues involving new vehicle owners, changed phone numbers, and transferred vehicles, after the system was reintroduced today (15).
Also they say those using the same vehicle and phone number from the previous registration can continue using their existing QR code after updating it.
