Vail charges $329 for one adult lift pass at Whistler today ($165 for a youth). $1,000 for a day of skiing family of 4. Average 2 bedroom condo $600/night. Means a family when including food dropping about $2,000 a day. Does this look like a recession to you?

1) Your self belief is far more important than anything else.

Preservation Board again(did a year ago) decided to preserve 2 irrelevant buildings in a neighborhood with thousands of relevant buildings and again effectively kills adding 36 housing units. Planning Commission should overturn this decision.
