@ZachSDaniel1 I’ve used Full Focus Planner for years. Similar to already mentioned Monk Manual but I like Full Focus better. I try to prioritize off screen so I don’t get distracted by all priorities on screen. And then I prioritize my hobbies and fun time just as much as my work.

@echarlesnielsen A couple years ago, I had the same thing due to ear crystals. My doctor said they would dissolve on their own over a few weeks. In the mean time I did a roll maneuver that reduced symptoms and made it tolerable. Sucks. Get better

I’ve been stuck in bed for 2 days with intense vertigo. Haven’t been able to eat. Barely able to drink. Severe pain. Nausea. Not sure how long this will take to resolve.
