@Telstra while I understand there are things beyond your control with the fires here in Peregian, but no internet all day and the outage is still not listed on your site???

@NewcastleGardia @YaThinkN @Telstra From the discussion I had on the phone with Telstra it more seems like they cant post an official outage until they can physically get to the site (be it the exchange or whatever) to confirm it. However, due to the fires here at Peregian, they can’t confirm.

@Telstra Just called velocity support again, and the outage is still ongoing, but apparently can’t get into the area to look officially confirm an outage. Just a bit miffed at the process of having a confirmed outage, but Telstra not being able to list it as one.

@ryanlerch Thanks for letting me know Ryan, if it is not currently listed on our outages page it may mean we are awaiting further information before it is listed. When you spoke with us this morning was any restoration time mentioned? Dave
