To gain first-hand insight into the sanitation work, the Commissioner also joined the sanitation workers in the cleaning activity, appreciating their efforts and dedication in maintaining public spaces. The surrounding areas of the lake were thoroughly inspected, and the concerned officials were instructed to ensure regular cleaning, proper waste management, and strict monitoring to prevent dumping of garbage around the lake premises. 🎨 Turning Waste Points into Art ✨ GHMC is transforming Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs) into vibrant public spaces through a creative IEC initiative. Using the traditional art of Rangoli, these locations are being reimagined as clean, colourful reminders of civic pride. This activity was conducted across all Circles of Hyderabad, encouraging citizens to protect these spaces and uphold the spirit of Swachh Hyderabad. Citizens are encouraged to use nearby dustbins and hand over waste to GHMC Swachh Autos, helping protect these beautified spaces and sustain the spirit of Swachh Hyderabad. Clean spaces inspire clean habits — together, let’s keep Hyderabad beautiful. 🧹 #GHMC #SwachhHyderabad #CleanCity #CivicResponsibility @CommissionrGHMC @TelanganaCMO @IPRTelangana @SwachhBharatGov @MoHUA_India
