Terrible take Yes volume matters, but nowhere near as much as building a personal relationship Calls that start relationships/respect are worth 5000x empty calls at volume 1000 short call "no's" stay a "no" 50 calls focused on relationships lead to 20 "yes'" now AND later

Cold calls shouldn’t be longer than a couple minutes. Rarely will you do deeper discovery here. Every minute counts, so the Pattern Interrupt “buys” us time to plow forward It’s also incredible at getting attention and arousing curiosity

@sellercarrybro We've done: -security signs -fake cameras -boarded up the properties -security fence -daily site visits Still having issues keeping people out. There are multiple in a row here, so there's a "buffer" between the vacant properties and the neighbors.

My credit score dropped when I paid off my car and student loans. Credit agencies said I should get more loans to increase my credit score. The system punishes you for not owing them money. They want you to be in debt. Credit scoring is a scam.

All of these closed in the last six months and they are all two bedrooms around the same square foot look at the price variation If an out of area appraiser looked at these comps most wouldn’t know what to do. Some guys may pick the highest comps and overvalued the property by $200,000-$250k+ Then the owner does a refinance pulls all the money out, and then just walks away if the property value drops The variation in prices makes it very easy for fraud to occur This was happening everywhere from 2004-2007 Areas with large price variations in a short distance from each other makes markets rife for fraud
