GHK-Cu and Melanotan II) According to @maxonwifi, "the [FDA] committee that will discuss these products is relatively bare and is currently down a few members from a year ago. There are four members, including a non-voting industry representative, and no chairperson." Max Bayer added that since the "FDA has already removed a dozen peptides from Category 2, that really only leaves one place for them to be classified" ... implying Max thinks it's close to a done deal that these peptides will not be left in 'purgatory' for long and will in fact be moved to Category 1 in July.
