Yes, the best bodybuilding coaches in the US and I attempted the most obvious and simple solution of... macros. High protein and high fat macros help me lose bodyfat but not the intense night hunger

@Chichibear2773 @muscleforlife No shit dude. I militantly use my full face mask Airsense 11 CPAP. And night guard. It helps tremendously with daytime sleepiness but not the hunger. It's not a parasomnia because I don't sleep eat. I'm awake enough to remember eating but the hunger signals are extreme.
