I am grateful to Pope Leo for saying this. While the media narrative constantly gins up conflict–and yes, real disagreements have happened and will happen–the reality is often much more complicated.

There are four members, including a non-voting industry representative, and no chairperson." Max Bayer added that since the "FDA has already removed a dozen peptides from Category 2, that really only leaves one place for them to be classified" ... implying Max thinks it's close to a done deal that these peptides will not be left in 'purgatory' for long and will in fact be moved to Category 1 in July.
