I may be over confident here... but I don't think most people would have survived our first year at Lone Star Trash I'll never let anyone know how hard it was I'll only share how easy it is

REALITY CHECK: We tend to see ourselves as our intentions. Most of us would say we're kind, generous, reliable, and hard-working—because that’s who we want to be. Check yourself on that. Intentions don't define you—actions do. Good is as good does. Ask yourself: Whatever I believe about myself... Do I have receipts to prove it?

Agreed. Great ads get written before shooting and design. Recent example: Car Care Kit Text on screen 1. “Your car looks dusty.” - What’s your visual that shows this simple idea? 2. “You’re embarrassed at stoplights.” - What shot would sell this emotion? 3. “Soap and water won’t fix that.” - How would you show the ‘wrong way’? 4. “That’s why we made the Car Care Kit.” - Product intro: How would you frame it? 5. “Foam. Shine. Protection. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.” - How do you show these benefits Montage? 6. “Click below. Make it look like you care.” - What’s your closing visual + CTA?

Writing structure and copy are the backbone of great video ads. Before you think about visuals, focus on the copy. What are you going to say and why? What is the flow of what you want to communicate? This starts with copy. Then visuals are added to help show the great writing. Copy sets the pace, energy, and visual direction. If you want to get good at ads, focus on getting good at copy.

@AnthonyVicino 6, 7, and 9 are my favorites. Your business isn’t stuck because of the market, it’s stuck because of you. The faster you diagnose your personal bottleneck, the faster you’ll see progress and results.

47 pieces of advice after 12 years as an entrepreneur: (I paid an expensive tuition to learn these the hard way) 1. The fear of missed opportunities kills more opportunities than actual missed opportunities. 2. Showing up his half the battle. 3. Doing what you say is the the other half. 4. A dollar saved is worth more than a dollar earned, but… 5. You can’t save your way to abundance. 6. A system will never grow beyond its biggest constraint. 7. YOU are almost always the system’s biggest constraint. 8. You get what you desire for others. 9. If you’re working hard, but not growing, it means you’re working on the wrong things. 10. Inspect what you expect. 11. Trust, but verify. 12. Red flags never go down. 13. Complex systems disguise actual effectiveness. 14. The tool matters less than the craftsman’s skill. 15. You can have anything you want, but not everything. 16. If you don’t love what you do, it’s gonna be hard to beat the guy who does. 17. When it comes to people, if there’s any doubt, there’s no doubt. 18. If you ever wonder if someone is an a-player, it means they’re not. 19. All the growth you could ever want is on the other side of hard conversations. 20. You can’t save souls in an empty church. Never stop promoting. 21. Never attribute to malice what can be explained by ignorance (or incompetence). 22. You can accomplish incredible things so long as you don’t care who gets credit. 23. You don’t need more time, you need more focus. 24. Raise your prices semi-annually. 25. Audit your expenses weekly. 26. Money is made in the follow-up. 27. The magic you seek is found in the work you avoid. 28. Delegate, but never abdicate. 29. Set a bed time. 30. Wake up early. 31. Workout hard every single day. 32. Business is the most competitive sport in the world. Treat your body and mind like a world class athlete. 33. One avatar, one product, one channel… until you hit one million dollars. 34. Ignore feedback from people sitting in the stands. 35. The combination of Reach plus Reputation can open practically any door. 36. Make more offers and you will make more money. Period. 37. You’re not alone… nobody really knows what they’re doing. 38. Bigger problems are the price you pay for a bigger life. 39. Keep the promises you make (especially the ones you make to yourself). 40. It’s better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you aren’t. 41. When you begin matters more than where you begin. 42. Nobody will believe in you until after your need for their belief has passed. 43.The willingness to start again From Zero as many times as it takes is a superpower. 44. The cost of inaction is most often greater than the cost of wrong action. 45. Spend as little time being wrong as possible. Admit your mistake and pivot. Fast. 46. Wisdom is unfortunately only ever acquired in the moment after you needed it most. 47. An ounce of preparation shows a pound of care.

Solve this problem and make UNLIMITED money HERE IS WHAT I WANT Drop ship garbage bin service HERE IS THE PROBLEM MOQs of 200 bins with lead times at 6 weeks. Then I have to store the bins and manage inventory. Then I have to hire a team to deliver them. If I could just fire an API for a purchase and the bin shows up in 7 to 14 days without me touching it... That would be AMAZING!

7 years sober today. When I lost my career in dance, I lost my identity. I spiraled. The last 7 years has been about building my identity and value not based on work. Cheers to more years to come!

here you go - here's your opportunity. buy this expiring domain, move to a coastal town, partner with a fisherman, and begin selling wild caught seafood, dock-to-door. /salmon, /shrimp, /tuna, /sardines, /seabass, /etc /etc. ample search volume. ai ain't disrupting this anytime soon. [they're sitting out there waiting to give you their money. are you going to take it?]

Yes trust is earned, but it can't be earned without getting it first. You gotta blindly trust (but verify) before you are able to fully trust. Without that first step you'll never know.

A PR should be a full thought, splitting up a "full thought" for the sake of a small PR just makes everything more difficult.

@MatthewGattozzi This is great. Creative is the most important element of advertising. It’s the difference and exceptionally difficult to do well.

Your ad idea is only as good as the execution. You need a team of editors who understand performance. That is hard to come by or expensive. That's why I am launching EditingOS. You give us the brief, we make the ads. It's that simple. Goodo Studios has produced thousands of ads. You can plug our editing team to your growth team. You give us the content and creative strategy, we make magic. 3 tiers of pricing. No contracts. Cancel any time. Easily give feedback. Get the ads you want. We collaborate with you to create the content you want. This is project 1 of 12 for 12. Let me know if you have questions. You can book a call directly on our site to get started.

These are pretty awesome. Excellent for early detection. My best friend is a neural interventional radiologist and we were just discussing these last week. “I hate being devils advocate for these but every time I read a CT or MRI I’m screening for ‘a thousand processes’. And to do an MRI of your whole body would take all day, so this must be some form of abbreviated testing using some AI to do predictive ‘screening’. Just be sure you’re comparing apples to apples.”

Got a Prenuvo scan last month. Its a full body MRI scan. Do you remember how you used to be able to smoke in restaurants? Seems crazy today. I think in 20,40,50 years we'll look back and be like "wasn't it insane that years ago you could have cancer or something else in your body and not even know about it...and had you known, it would have been cured?" I've been obsessed with that idea for a few years now. So I love testing out products that address that. Prenuvo was pretty cool. You get a fancy waiting room, dot eh scan, then login after and see the results. Downside is that you have to sit in a loud MRI machine for like 45 minutes. Was scary waiting for the results. But thankfully, all was good. But overall, was super cool. Am thinking about getting them down annually (or something like that).
