@hey_ashay @Mdbrill38 @flynn_bob @PeerStreet Peerstreet has confirmed that investor cash is held in accounts at Wells Fargo. They did not confirm whether the accounts are protected they from the bankruptcy.

My main question is it necessary to file a proof of claim in the bankruptcy process or is that only if you want to pursue the individual legal route. @hey_ashay @Mdbrill38 @flynn_bob @PeerStreet claimed that cash was held in an insured trust account and safe. They also claimed to have a third party to take over loans if the company closed. The fact that they have not directly informed customers about the situation yet is concerning.

@Mdbrill38 @flynn_bob I also have funds tied up in PeerStreet. Is it necessary to file a claim or are you just planning to wait it out and hopefully we see some release of funds. Feel free to DM.

@samjmintz Am I the only one who this doesn’t happen to? Every morning I take my son to school the car stops at every stop sign, 2 way, 4 way .. has never rolled through. Sometimes I even kick it to move.

This entire thread is mind-boggling. Rolling stops like he's describing, which were built into the Tesla software and resulted in a recall, are literally illegal in every state of the country.

@zehicle @geoffuse @ATT The phones they initially sent out were poor att prepaid things, then they ran out and started sending notes and iphone ses. The problem is the blocking of perfectly fine devices because of their poor support list.

@sonoble @geoffuse @ATT We did get a "replacement" phone but not a like to like. I'm still frustrated about the communication and the swap, but I do understand turning off 3G.

Heads up @ATT is in process of DISABLING (FORCED OBSOLETE) of phones to upgrade voice protocols. Even phones under 2 years old will be unable to connect. And they are not offering credits to migrate devices. Any recommendations for new providers?
