SpaceX rocket was seen bursting into a gigantic ball of fire during a routine test in Texas

History was made today 🤯. We are one step closer to Mars, and making life multiplanetary ✨🚀.

@HUBBLE_space the fact that they finally caught one after all those failed attempts is nuts scheduling telescope time around unpredictable comet breakups sounds like an absolute nightmare

The comet K1 was making its way out of the Solar System ☄️ when it crumbled into pieces. Astronomers had always wanted to use Hubble to watch a comet break up 🤞 but these observations are very difficult to schedule and were never successful. 1/2
