@FrogguccinoGame its just a shader for unity's terrain system. the small details on top are another system I wrote that just read terrain data (among other things)

@starbi_dev Is it your own terrain system with tesselation etc., or is it just a shader for unity's terrain system? Because its really impressive! and i've had to tackle with similar issues recently
