Surprising and shocking is the appointment of Mr Venkata Narayana, the producer of Jananayakan movie and a person who hails from Karnataka as the special representative to Govt of TN at New Delhi.
The question that arises is whether he will stand, represent and voice for Megadattu dam issue in favour of Tamil Nadu .
