However some matters have come to light and that's what I shared with the anchor-@ShivAroor who was professional and not part of any communal "slugfest". ​The narrative of "Corporate Jihad" attempts to blame an entire community for the alleged actions of a few individuals. ​Point is If harassment occurred over two years, why did the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) or HR department not act? This is a failure of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, not a religious conspiracy. ​People are aware that workplace harassment is a systemic issue affecting women across industries, regardless of the perpetrator's religion. Using a communal lens distracts from the urgent need to make corporate spaces safer for all women. Entry into firms like TCS is based on rigorous testing and merit. To suggest a coordinated religious "infiltration" insults the professional integrity of the thousands of minority professionals who contribute to India's GDP and tech leadership.
