Running a business is already hard enough. The last thing you should be doing is spending hours: - tweaking bids - checking search terms - fixing campaign structure - or trying to figure out why your ads aren’t converting That’s my job. I help you run Google Ads the right way with: • Proper campaign structure • Intent-focused keyword targeting • Good Conversion tracking setup • High-converting ad copy • GMC optimization for ecom brands.....and so many more So your campaigns are actually built to perform and scale profitably. If you want someone who understands both the technical side and the strategy behind Google Ads: DM “Google”.

@tannerplanes This is so true. And it's same thing with whole wave of "Ai is going to replace everyone." Someone still has to manage the Ai and tell it what to do

The only passive income that actually exists is interest on large sums Every "passive income" business you hear about still requires active decisions and holds liability Why? Because you're either managing the asset or managing the person managing the asset

This one is for the guy who built one of the best project management/business management software for freelancers and agencies @loaibassam 🤌 (his best emoji btw - would pobably have it in his X username if X allowed) I love this guy and follow him on all socials but I don't like it that he stopped running Google Ads for his software. Many freelancers still need your software Leo, and they deserve to know this kinda great software still exists.... But Leo pausing his Google Ads campaigns might restrict this because there are 10s of thousands of freelancers searching for "Business management software" on Google.... But one very great software.... (@Plutio_app ) is nowhere to be found when Freelancers are searching These are 3 things I must let you know Leo, concerning your Google ads for Plutio + A full Google Ads Structure And Playbook I created specifically for Plutio (sent it to your DM btw) I hope you watch this video Leo (less than 3mins long) and also go through the Playbook doc And maybe it convinces you to turn your ads back on because we are tired of Monday(.)com, Asana, Honeybook, And Co and the others..... because we know what we need but we just can't find it on Google

This is one i see a lot from businesses running Google ads which is extremely wrong. And honestly, I don’t blame them because they simply don’t know any better. They are not Google Ads experts. A lot of businesses start running Google Ads with a campaign structure that doesn’t even match the structure of their actual business. And this creates a problem immediately. For example: A business offers 4 completely different services… Or they sell to multiple different audiences with different needs, pain points, and intent… But instead of structuring their campaigns around those differences, they try to force everything into one or two generic ads. This is a HUGE mistake because now your messaging and your Ad quality overall becomes shit And this completely disrupts performance You cannot speak to someone searching for one service the exact same way you would speak to someone searching for another. Intent matters. Messaging matters. Structure matters. And this is why campaign structure is so important. Before you even launch ads, you need to first look closely at the business itself: - What services are being offered? - Who are the different audiences? - What problems does each audience have? - What specific intent exists behind each search? Then you structure your campaigns and ad groups around THAT. Your business structure should shape your Google Ads structure. Not the other way around. And when this is done correctly, your ads become: - more relevant - more specific - more persuasive - and far more likely to convert Or… You can hire me to make sure you don’t make these mistakes that quietly waste thousands in ad spend.

The smallest decision you make today is making you or costing you a fortune in 10 years. Call the broker today. Walk the property this week. Build the process now, not when the portfolio is bigger. Discipline compounds the same way money does. Slowly, then all at once. I spent 7 years as an attorney tracking time in 6-minute increments. Not days. Not hours. Six minutes. Every day, all day, including nights and weekends when I worked. That kind of precision rewires how you think about time. I stopped asking "What did I do today?" and started asking "What did I do in the last six minutes?" You can't bill time you didn't spend. You can't compound decisions you didn't make. Brandon and I started with zero apartments ten years ago compared to where our portfolio is today. No single decision built that. Just a thousand small ones. Here's the math: One broker call a day. 365 calls a year. 3,650 calls in a decade. If 1% turn into deals, that's 36 deals you wouldn't have had. That’s literally all I need for the next decade to stay on our growth trajectory. 1 call per day. The call you skipped today wasn't free. You just won't see the bill for ten years. The operators who look unstoppable in year 10 made completely 'unremarkable' decisions in year 1. They just made them every day. What's one habit you keep putting off that you already know would compound?
