Every Shopify store owner wants to scale to $1m/mo Nobody wants to admit they need to fix their operations before that I’ve been there. Marketing is hitting backend is struggling What I wish I learned sooner was that if you don’t fix ops, you just scale problems Not worth it.

3 red flags that mean your 3PL is bleeding you dry 1. they charge per unit received AND per unit stored. double dip. (we charge none. ever.) 2. your inventory “adjustments” happen monthly but never in your favor. (our counts are exact) 3. they take 3+ days to fulfill and blame “high volume” in slow season. (we fulfill same day) if 2/3 apply, run. most 3PLs are just landlords with a loading dock.
