3) Yamey has been drowning in Gates cash for over a decade, and is fanatical in his defense of Gates and his funded orgs, such as the WHO & Gavi--a Bill Gates cut out. Yamey has at least 4 Gate$ grants, 1 from the UN, and another from WHO (whose biggest funder is Gates)

Imagine if Celine Gounder showed just as much skepticism surrounding the lack of RCTs for vaccines as she does for peptides. Clowns will clown for Big Pharma.

BTW, is there anything Apoorva Mandavilli didn't screw up during the pandemic? Here she is holding forth on schools. And getting that wrong, per normal.

DOJ doesn’t need a $1.776B fund to settle lawfare claims. Congress gave it The Judgment Fund—a “permanent, indefinite appropriation” the AG can use to settle ANY legal claim. Literally an infinite pot of money has already been authorized by law—since 1977. Crazy, but true.

Here's an explainer I co-authored with @KatyTalento on how Congress enabled Trump's "Anti-Weaponization Fund" by handing over its power of the purse half-a-century ago.

Neera Tanden has long been one of the most grotesque and deceitful operatives in DC. She runs a liberal think tank founded by John Podesta intended to be the shadow government for the Dem Party (CAP: @amprog), yet she refuses to disclose a single CAP donor, claiming Trump makes disclosure too dangerous. But even when CAP did disclose donors before it fabricated this excuse, it got massive million-dollar payments from dictatorships like the UAE, but still hid many of their largest individual donors with anonymity. And they fired staffers who -- in the name of transparency -- leaked donor information and UAE influence to journalists. Yet here is the same Neera Tanden demanding that low-level workers for campaigns that she hates disclose their payments because of how much she values "transparency"! How do these people not vomit when looking at themselves in the mirror knowing that they have no beliefs of any kind? Disclose your funders, Neera.
Neera Tanden🌻@neeratanden

Everyone should disclose who is paying for their voice or tweets in the actual tweets. Platner and Steyer campaigns should be transparent And to be clear - no one pays for my tweets.

This post, which mentions my reporting, is littered with errors about my reporting. Assigned Media did not in fact identify any errors that I made. assignedmedia.org/breaking-news/… I spoke with Camile Kiefel's attorney, and corrections to this Assigned Media post should include: *Camille Kiefel did settle her lawsuit days before the trial was scheduled to start, not weeks as Assigned Media has claimed. *There was a summary judgment hearing scheduled a day or two before the trial was slated to begin. But this doesn't mean that the defendants necessarily had Kiefel over a barrel. It is uncommon for judges to grant SJ so soon before a trial. It is therefore immaterial that I did not mention this hearing in my report. *Both Fox and New York Post cited my reporting as an original source. And yes I knew that NY Post was cribbing from Fox. Both are owned by NewsCorp, so there's no surprise there. *Yes, it was a scoop on my part to report this news in April, because no journalist had yet done so, even though the settlement was reached in January. It does not count that Julie Rei had once posted about it on Bluesky. She is not a reporter. I find it ironic that someone should accuse me of being a sloppy reporter who makes errors when it is they who are being sloppy and making errors. I have written Assigned Media to request corrections.

🔎 An Israeli-born, Trump-appointed acting U.S. attorney dropped a federal gun charge against an Israeli immigrant linked to an illegal Nevada biolab, citing the vague “interests of justice” after federal prosecutors had already charged him with illegally possessing a firearm, according to Zeteo. The case involved Ori Solomon, who was arrested during an investigation into a suspected illegal biolab containing refrigerators filled with unidentified vials. Authorities said the property shared similarities with a California lab linked to unauthorized medical test kits and samples labeled with diseases including HIV, malaria, and Ebola. Prosecutors dismissed the gun charge on May 11 after reviewing unspecified “additional information,” but offered no public explanation for why the case no longer warranted prosecution. 🔗 Full story from Zeteo is below.

1) Attempted Trump assassin Cole Allen was a big fan of @DukeU Gavin Yamey, an academic militant kept afloat on Gates money. CNN reported that Allen promoted extremists like Yamey on Bluesky. Yamey has written diatribes on billionaire funders, but guess who funds Yamey?
