Most of you know, that @GenDungeon is not just a JPEG but in fact a fully playable NFT. But what about the game inside the NFT? It's a lot deeper than you imagine. Lets dive into the Original, Playable RPG NFT🧵 Generative Dungeon is a turn based, rogue/hack style game. The main aim of the game is to find a giant gold coin 🪙 (usually). In order to get to the gold coin, you will need to travel down through floors of lava and mazes of mansions. You will battle monsters and may even need to find keys and a hidden door in order to progress. Some dungeons have 10 floors. Some 100 floors. Some even have infinite floors! All seems easy enough. Lets throw in some variable. The original GD collection has 20 different avatars you may choose from which all play in their own unique way. Play as the luck rich Adventurer, a toughened dwarf or a nimble elf (small hints for the wise reader) or even drain the blood of your enemies as a vampire or maybe tear them asunder as a Gargoyle. It doesn't stop there. Some avatars can wield magic, some can use ranged weapons and some are just loaded with gold! 👀 Whichever avatar you choose, you are bound to have a very unique experience. There are multiple different tilesets and environments that you will explore. ((examples)) As it is a turn based experience, players may really plan ahead. Movement is based on turn "squares" and each one of these (hidden) squares represents one turn. Position yourself well, when you fight multiple enemies and you may just survive. Take advantage of magic scrolls you find on your travels. Turn a goblin into a bunny. Become invisible. Maybe heal up a bunch. Did you achieve victory? Death? Either way, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Add your information to the leaderboard. You may even add a password to protect your name for the generations to come! So you have this fun, lite, instant start RPG which you know will stand the test of time and can be played on almost any internet device. How could we make it better? Well, here is a short list: - You can edit any dungeon you own and recreate the gameplay. Unlimited creativity and fun. - Play dungeons inscribed on BTC. 100% on chain. - Portals to jump from dungeon to dungeon - Play as partner avatars or one from our Generative Avatars collection - Play in 3D 👀 That's right.
