🧵 The missing link between opportunities and talent. 🔗 > For the past two months, I’ve been deeply invested in building the future of work onchain. We all know Web3 is remote by default, meaning opportunities should be accessible from anywhere in the world. > But more often than not, these opportunities are scattered across platforms, difficult to access, and sometimes lost in the noise. On the other hand, talent is everywhere, yet visibility still feels like a mirage. > Intrestingly we've learnt to build an online presence because "your identity is your resume." With the nudge that your profile should tell people what you do and show proof of the contributions you’ve made over time.
