Neymar can never be considered one of the all time greats. He left Barca for money aged 24 and doesnโt have a single memorable moment in his career after that point. Never showed up when it truly mattered for club or country after the age of 24.
Yeah he might have been good against small French sides who were the equivalent quality of championship football, but no one cares about that, the big stage is all that matters and Neymar didnโt show up
