@vin979 @MatchsticksCGY I had surmised that with the floor going up to 70.6M, if Coleman/Lomberg and a few other UFAs/RFAs got moved in the off-season to be replaced by younger players, that would put them close to the floor. Obvs the team is aware, just raising it for the 'get rid of everyone' folks.

The #Flames are going to have make a number of moves this summer just to get to the 23 man roster limit to start next year. Do they bring back RFAs in Beecher and Othmann? Do they move Coleman? How long is Huberdeau out? Can they move a d-man? Does the Top 6 pick make the team?

@cspotweet How much clearer could it be? The question was, "Do you want Alberta to adopt year-round Daylight Saving Time, which is summer hours, eliminating the need to change our clocks twice a year?" If she was proposing year-round standard time, she might have a case. 🤷

Premier Danielle Smith asked how Albertans can trust she'd accept results of a referendum after rejecting previous vote on time change. Says if they could have asked Albertans again, they would have asked a different question.

@poutine_poirot @MatchsticksCGY What's your math say? I'm seeing 17 waiver eligible players signed for next season (plus a bunch of waiver exempt guys that can easily move btw AHL/NHL) at a 76.5M cap hit. Still room to add 6 players, if needed. I don't think the floor will be an issue.

@MatchsticksCGY Someone check my math but if Cole/Huby go (or LTIR for Hubs) I don't see how they get to the cap floor? Pickles prob stays till TDL unless they use a retention slot. Cut bait on the UFAs.

@BadWeatherKyle I'd agree it's likely not a vole, tail:body ratio looks too high. Vole tails are generally 50% of body length or less. Same goes for shrews. I'm thinking deer or field mouse, but hard to confirm from the video.

Rodent experts...what did we see out skiing yesterday? The narrow snout makes me think it's is a (Masked?) Shrew... Meadow Voles have more of a blunt face...

I don’t understand why so many Flames fans seem willing to trade away Connor Zary. He’s 23. He’s developed into a dynamic player. He can play C. He’s coming off two bad injuries I’d chalk up as fluke so don’t overthink that. He has already become one of the faces of the team. 🤷‍♂️

@sskroughriders DraftKings is claiming its starting at 11pm .. but then again they have changed the start time about 10 times. I’m ok with a cancellation at this point.
