For a team that is in the midst of a rebuild, can someone explain to me why #StlCards Pedro Pages is on the roster over Jimmy Crooks? Crooks is the number 8 prospect in Cardinals system and is 24 years old with lots of minor league success. Pedro Pages is 27.
