@bt_uk I've even told you what the problem is...the household fibre modem has failed...there are no lights ( electrical socket tested and working)...just send me some new kit...I can plug it in...

@bt_uk why is that despite reporting a fault 4x times, going through a telephone diagnostic twice and being promised an engineer three times (and not turning up), I'm still without fibre broadband? That's 10 days and counting...look forward to hearing back!
