we are actually DOOMED if you think about lmao. currently, openai/anthropic subscription costs us $200/mo for max plans. tech folks and people earning enough can afford it. but what most do not realize is the over dependency and addiction. you use llms for everything: web search, code, cowork, grammar, etc etc. it is deeply integrated into your life. if both companies decide to raise the prices, which they will, from $200 to even $800, YOU WILL PAY for it. because you're over dependent and addicted. it will happen 100%.

After 4+ years of pouring my life into @Jellycubes_nft, I've officially run out of money. This isn't a giving up post. It's actually the opposite 👇 A lot of founders talk about "going to zero", but only after they've already made it back. I'm making that same post from the bottom while Im at an all-time low across the ENTIRE board. Regardless of my situation I still refuse to quit and now carry four years of tough lessons on what NOT to do. I do have a plan, and I hope I can turn my story into an inspirational comeback story that can impact others wearing similar shoes in the future. I almost kept all of this private (because lets be honest this is very painful and the last thing I want the world to know). @jacob_posel Swear Claude tries to eat tokens on purpose sometimes with playwrite + snapshots. Like I have eyes.

Pro tip Enable Playwright in Codex or Claude Code, or the native browser in Cursor Tell the agent to check its work and keep iterating until completion It will go for hours, but removes the unnecessary back and forth Feels like magic
