Full Day of Nutrient Dense Eating: Breakfast: -Bone broth (on empty stomach) -4 eggs scrambled with sauteed spinach and mushrooms -1 cup goat kefir -1 kiwi Snack: -Smoothie with raw goat milk, goat whey protein, banana, strawberries and honey. Plus creatine and goat colostrum powder Lunch: -8oz ground elk -Sweet potatoes -Broccoli sprouts on top Dinner: -9oz sockeye salmon -Basmati rice cooked in bone broth -Roasted asparagus Everything cooked in extra virgin olive oil or butter Magnesium is something I'd still supplement Salt will be added to meals so the sodium will be checked off as well Overall, a simple and easy day of eating

The sun can damage your skin even on cloudy days and indoors through windows. Check UV levels before exposing your skin. 0-2: safe 3-5: protect your skin and limit exposure 6+: best to protect or avoid My protocol: + Enjoy sun before 10am and after 4pm + UV-tinted windows (block 99%) + UV umbrella during high UV

This chart is nuts. Software developer jobs down 70% from peak. People will blame the end of free money. But something way more interesting is happening. The middle class engineer is dying. And it's dying because they're not needed anymore. One good dev with Github Copilot ships what entire teams did five years ago. Microsoft just reported the highest revenue per employee in history. The "entry-level engineer" doesn't exist anymore. Instead, we have product builders who happen to code. Armed with AI, they ship entire products in days. Meanwhile, the truly elite engineers are making more money than ever. And they've shifted to working mostly on frontier tech. I mean the stuff that's really hard. AGI at OpenAI. Designing rockets at SpaceX. Self-driving car tech at Tesla. Product builders are becoming solopreneurs and creators Frontier engineers are making hedge fund money In 2025, "software engineer" doesn't mean what it meant in 2020. And that's what this chart really shows. The middle is gone. The top is elite status. And everyone else is becoming a builder.

People are dunking on me for my leg press single rep max. They are confusing gym norms with an evidence based approach to biological age measurement. 1. This is validated biomarker test. 2. There is a standardized data set. 3. The instructions and standards for doing a technically precise leg press are well addressed and documented in peer-reviewed studies. 4. The time gate to measure speed was set at 90° knee angle, considered the cut-off for achieving a repetition in this exercise. 5. The maximum neuromuscular engagement for inclined leg press is achieved at 90°, 60°-70° for squats. 6. I followed the instructions based on the peer reviewed literature. 7. My 1 rep maximum weight is 850 lbs, for my bodyweight of 171 lbs, so I am able to press 4.97 my bodyweight, putting my way beyond the 90th percentile for men between 20-29 of age, at 2.27 bodyweights. (check table in 2) 8. This referenced scientific method may conflict with popular perception or how you prefer to exercise, but the scientific method works by identifying a marker with the method of measuring it, and then performing the  measurement up to scientifically documented and accepted standards. I am not competing to be a body builder or power lifter, I am methodically measuring my biomarkers and publicly sharing my data. 🧵

the nba rn is basically a hyper-optimized 3pt shooting contest w/ occasional iso hero-ball. analytics turned “what works” into a rigid meta where every team runs variations of the same strategy. efficiency killed style, as it always does. technology has mostly solved the nba “problem”. & it’s not just the nba. baseball is now home runs or strikeouts because of things like launch angles. sports are still good micro moments, but the macro has become kinda dry as hell.
