Friend of mine is worried about the stock market crashing and is considering selling all of his stocks.
Seems like a good time to remind everyone that despite all of the negative headlines:
The S&P 500 is only down -3% year to date. This is the time to be buying not selling.
the market doesn't care about your feelings
it doesn't care that you bought at the top
it doesn't care that you need the money back
the sooner you accept that, the better you'll trade.
Bull markets are great because everyday you get to see your portfolio making new highs.
Bear markets are great because everyday you get another chance to buy financial freedom at a discount.
