Everyone messes up sometimes, thatโs just human. But the way Ye is being treated feels way beyond that. Itโs honestly heartbreaking to watch. No one else seems to be judged this relentlessly. It doesnโt feel fair anymore it feels personal.
At some point you have to ask: how many times is someone expected to apologize, especially when theyโre clearly struggling with their mental health?? There has to be a line between accountability and compassion, and it feels like that line keeps getting ignored here.

ยฃ35K salary sounds alright until you work out what it actually costs you. You're not getting paid for 8 hours. You're selling your entire day. The commute. The lunch hour you can't use. The 2 hours on the couch recovering when you get home. Add it all up and your real hourly rate drops to about ยฃ10.58. The person who made your coffee this morning earned more per hour than you did. They just didn't have to sit through a team meeting first.
