@allysedotdev @livelaughcode @genericmikechen @shashiwhocodes @DThompsonDev Key question for me is: what stage are you getting rejected at? Getting hired is a sales funnel (and a numbers game!). You need to identify where the biggest leaks are focus on those. Eg are you getting to/past recruiter/HM screening calls? Are you making it to onsites?

Haven't checked OP Just glancing at your resume and LinkedIn. Neither are really set up in great ways. The GitHub link on your resume and LinkedIn both go to 404 pages. Your experience section in tech gives zero info but you quantify your actual experience in nontech areas. Your featured section needs to be redone. Your LinkedIn activity also needs to be changed up with more networking occuring. These are just some of the obvious things I saw in a few seconds. Probably costing you opportunities.

sure. In my opinion, your linkedin needs a lot of work and you aren't using it in a way that would really bring any traction to you. - banner image really isn't doing anything, would be better to have it have some CTA - there is no meaningful links in your contact info - about me needs to be redone - you have no featured section - your linkedin activity is basically nonexistent and none of it is even connecting with people that would be in a hiring capacity - your experience doesn't make much sense at all. Makes it look like you are making up experience. are they jobs at companies or is it side projects? this would be a big red flag since even I can not tell the difference and would lead to someone more than likely clicking away instead of trying to find out what you have done. - can't find a portfolio site. - work experience for non dev items is pretty great. quantified and detailed well. - BACK TO DEV ITEMS. I do not find many examples of you using a problem solving skillset. I see a lot of tasks you have done but you need to do the opposite and talk about solutions. hope this helps.
