@Bigstanz5000 @TheIllegit @souljagoyteller Specifically for "Oscar Best Picture"(and no other category) you need 2 of 4 qualify. You do not need any diverse casting to win best picture. So clearly this was optional for Noland, crews are easy to diversify often without action.

But given those requirements exist in the open, its perfectly reasonable to assume they played a role in his decisions. That's what happens when you enact those type of requirements.

He keeps using the same Indian dude in multiple films. There's little to no black people in Oppenheimer. Maybe... He does what tf he wants as usual.
