i don't think i've ever seen a shtwt user use "keloid" in the right context, 99.999% of the time people are talking about hypertrophic scars

@microdxse i just posted smth about this too lol it's just like. no keloids are not your normal raised scars, they're more painful, expand over time, and stay vibrant in color, most people can't even form them
